2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. There are no forms and no user accounts.

3. Server log files

When you open the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed to investigate a security incident. The server is operated by a hosting provider on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Cloudflare

We use the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to deliver and protect the website. Connection data such as your IP address pass through Cloudflare servers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and fast delivery). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply. More: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Local storage in your browser

If you switch between light and dark design, your browser stores this setting locally (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not sent to us. The storage is strictly necessary for the function you request (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

6. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

7. External links

Links to hotels, casinos and authorities open third-party websites, whose own privacy policies apply there.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to info@quellmoren.com is enough.

9. Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Our competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, lda.bayern.de.
